Main topics include:
Broadband access technologies (passive optical networks, radio over fiber, in-building networks, optical wireless: indoor and outdoor)
Transport and photonic networks (wavelength-routing, OBS, OPS)
Energy saving in telecommunication networks
Components and physical issues of optical networks
QoS and management in optical networks
Convergence and multilayer networks

We therefore invite you to contribute to the events through involvement as author or delegate. More details are on the conference website http://www.noc-conference.com

The local organizing committee plans to publish the accepted papers in IEEExplore and the confirmation will be published on the website soon.
