The 12th IEEE International Conference on Communication Systems (ICCS 2010) will be held in Singapore from 17 to 20 Nov 2010. This year, ICCS 2010 is co-organized by the IEEE Singapore Communications Chapter, the IEEE Singapore Vehicular Technology Chapter, the IEEE Singapore Section, and the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), with the participation of academics and researchers from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
